Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to speak Japanese to join?
Not at all — our programs are designed to be enjoyable even without Japanese. Most video and printed materials are available in both Japanese and English, and some instructors and staff can communicate in English.
Can children participate?
Yes, though the minimum age varies by program. Please check the individual booking page for each program for details.
Can I book for a group or organization?
Of course. Private group bookings are available at an additional rate. If your group exceeds the stated capacity, please contact us via our inquiry form, as we may still be able to accommodate you.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations are free up to 60 hours before your scheduled experience. After that, cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale. Please see our Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) page for details.
Do I need to bring anything?
No special items are required. All equipment needed for your experience is provided free of charge on the day.
