Reservations are processed through the “JTB + Bokun” booking system. Payment and reservation management are handled through this system.

Tickets for traditional Japanese cultural experiences (see each individual experience page for details).

Prices are listed in Japanese yen (tax included) on each product page.

Cashless payment (e.g., credit card) at the time of booking.

Consumption tax is included in the displayed price. Internet connection and provider fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
※ Shipping: No shipping costs apply, as tickets are provided digitally (e.g., QR code).
※ Any equipment needed for the experience is provided free of charge on the day.

Credit card: At the time of payment (timing may vary depending on your credit card company).

Upon completion of your booking, a confirmation email (including your ticket information) will be sent to your registered email address. The service will be provided on the date and time listed on the relevant product page.

Any age restrictions or health-related precautions will be listed on the relevant product page. Please review these details before booking.

For cancellations or changes at the customer’s discretion

■ Cancellation Policy
Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on each product page. The general terms are as follows:

・Cancellations made 60 hours or less before the scheduled experience: 30% of the total price
・Cancellations made 36 hours or less before the scheduled experience: 50% of the total price
・Cancellations made 12 hours or less before the scheduled experience: 100% of the total price
will be charged as a cancellation fee.

■ Refunds
Refunds are processed through your credit card company. It may take several business days to several weeks for the refund to be completed.

■ Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us in advance to inquire.

■ Cancellation Due to Weather or Force Majeure
If an experience is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, natural disaster, or infectious disease outbreak, a full refund will be issued.
